Shari M. Persen
Legal Assistant-Bookkeeper-Receptionist Shari has been in the legal field since 1993 and has worked with Alan as his Legal Assistant since 1997. Shari provides support in both Oregon and Washington law specializing in collections and corporate matters. She also serves as the office bookkeeper and office manager. Outside of work, Shari enjoys an active lifestyle playing volleyball, tennis, bike riding, walking and spending quiet time watching moves and reading. She loves spending time with her friends and family, and weekends away supporting her family's business - Yakima Speedway. 
Jill C. Rivers
Legal Assistant Jill has worked with Alan since 2008. She is also a Legal Assistant and is experienced with both Oregon and Washington law. She has worked in the area of commercial collections and bankruptcy for almost 15 years. One of Jill's regular tasks at the office is walking Wally to the Post Office. Jill enjoys spending time with her daughter, Haley - which helps her filter Alan's instructions. Her other interests include reading, camping out, and generally being in the outdoors. One other thing: GO DUCKS! 
Wally Davis-Mitchell
Wally is our office's official greeter. This is appropriate not just because he has a kind face but also because he is an officially registered Therapy Dog. When he's not working at our office, Wally volunteers with the Read To The Dogs program at the Multnomah County Library's Belmont Branch (with a little help from Alan). Wally's other interests include long walks in the park, fine kibble, and having his belly rubbed while lying in front of the fireplace. |
